My background:

I've spent over 15 years building at the intersection of digital strategy, organizational development, and platform architecture. Before founding cosmos™, I led the digital agency borntocreate, where my team and I developed digital products and brand strategies for Coca-Cola, Gillette, Disney, and REWE – earning multiple international awards (theFWA, Awwwards).

Early on, I became fascinated by how companies make decisions – and why so many strategic initiatives fail before they create impact.

What I observed:

Throughout this time, I watched a recurring pattern: companies pour resources into beautiful strategic plans that get overtaken by reality within weeks. Decisions happen operationally with fragmented information and outdated assumptions. By the time the quarterly review reveals the gap, the capital is already burned.
